A Safe, Calming Space for Neurodivergent Adults and First Responders
Come here to decompress, untangle stress,
and reconnect with yourself
Many of the people I work with are used to carrying a lot, both on the job and inside themselves. Whether you are a neurodivergent adult navigating ADHD/ASD/AuDHD, masking, executive functioning struggles, or the daily overwhelm that comes with a busy mind, or you are a first responder holding the weight of high-pressure work and the trauma/stress that comes with it, this is a space where you do not have to manage everything alone. My approach is calm, easy-going, and compassionate. I offer a place where you can decompress, sort through what has been building up, and reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels right for you. Your strengths are recognized and your experiences are respected. Here, you can receive support that truly fits the way your brain works and the life you lead.
Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults:
Many neurodivergent adults move through the world feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or constantly “on.” You might be juggling masking, executive functioning struggles, emotional burnout, or the pressure to keep up in a world that is not designed for the way your brain works. Therapy offers a calm and validating space where you can slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and learn tools that support the life you want to live. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and centered around helping you build clarity, confidence, and more ease in your daily life.
Therapy for First Responders:
First responders carry more than people realize. The constant pressure, the exposure to stress and crisis, and the expectation to remain composed can take a quiet toll over time. Many individuals in emergency services push through it, stay strong, and keep moving without much space to process what they experience. Therapy gives you a steady, confidential place to decompress and make sense of what you are holding. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, grounded, and respectful of the demands of your work. This is a space where you can speak freely, catch your breath, and regain a sense of balance without feeling judged or misunderstood.
